BASF and Renewable Energy Resources and Technology Engineer at the New York Power Authority. She earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Caltech, and an M.B.A. from the NYU Stern School of Business.

Hadassah Damien

Hadassah is a design strategist and facilitator, economics researcher and finance educator, open source technologist, award-winning LGBTQ artist, and entrepreneur. From participatory budgeting to crypto startups, DIY sliding-scale tours to traditional banking, she’s worked on the ways money can work better for people and offers strategic approaches to her readers and clients. With her project Ride Free Fearless Money, Damien works with individuals as a financial transition coach, and with progressive groups to create sustainable business strategies.

Erika recently joined RSF Social Finance (RSF), a non-profit financial intermediary in San Francisco, California. RSF raises and deploys capital across the globe to fund innovative social enterprises that help solve complex social and environmental problems. As an executive team member at RSF, Erika focuses on creating impact with capital raises for the Social Investment Fund, a revolving loan fund for mission-aligned organizations, and the Donor Advised Fund for charitable giving. With 10+ years of experience in finance, she helps RSF apply its unique regenerative approach to serve social, environmental, and cultural vitality. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Sophie helps lead Raise Green’s investor relations team. On the front lines of climate and sustainable investing, Sophie has deep experience in helping investor put their money where their heart is. Before joining Raise Green, Sophie worked in financial planning and impact investing at Morgan Stanley and in the non-profit fundraising world. Based in Minneapolis, Sophie is an avid biker, camper, community garden-tender, and multimedia artist.
